Alex always has a great time at Camp Mennoscah seeing his friends each year. This time as a Sr camper, vs. a counselor.

Sophie is 'delighted' to be part of high school band camp. She plays percussion: vibraphone and cymbals. The team is working hard to perform at the first football game.

CrowdStrike

Maman was supposed to be home Thursday afternoon. But the great CrowdStrike/Delta debacle had a different idea... Ended up home on Saturday instead! Kids like to tell the story of Maman being homeless in an airport.

After sleeping the 1st night at a hotel, Maman spent
the 2nd night on the airport floor. Not on her bucket list!

At least the sunset is pretty and Maman now knows all
about airport cleaning crew operations at night!

Thank goodness for Papa who got both Maman &
Cameron a ticket to Omaha (thru Phoenix)!

After work, Maman walked around downtown Salt Lake City. Cameron wants to see the State Capitol!

First things first: find a Vietnamese
restaurant to enjoy a great banh mi. Check!

Solar

Maman visited her first solar plant by Salt Lake City. Super cool to see the sun dry salt ponds and how the salt is harvested and processed to end up in grocery stores.
