Reading

Needless to say that kids spend way too much time on their devices during this confinement period. Thank goodness for reading! Alex re-discovered Calvin & Hobbs and you can hear him giggle. Sophie loves her Diary of a Wimpy Kid books.

Trampoline

Papa ordered an early birthday present for Sophie. When she heard about the present, Sophie immediately ran to the garage -barefoot- to check it out. She was beyond excited and wanted to put it together right away! The trampoline building party began.

Beautiful (cold) spring day: perfect demo day!

First off, removing the old swing set.

Sophie was all over the assembly of her new trampoline.

Installing springs with Papa.

Let's test this before putting up the walls!

Jumping is awesome!

Falling and laughing!

Flip, just like that!

3 monkeys jumping on the bed trampoline.

Puzzle

Papa is making the best out of the confinement situation by testing his patience on some puzzles. His cousin Heike gave him this puzzle of Bretten, Germany (Oma's home town) a couple of years ago.

Working on every day, piece by piece.
