Spätzle

Alex takes Foods as his first elective class each day. We found out that his teacher's ancestors are from Alsace. The teacher asked Maman if she could come demonstrate an Alsatian dish to the class. So we made Spätzle! Too bad I don't have pictures of the middle schoolers making the dough and most importantly eating it!
